Option 3: Schedule a remote session.

1. Send an email to support@printlimit.com to schedule the remote session,

2. We will reply to your email to confirm the date and time for the remote session,

3. Download https://www.printlimit.com/download/QuickSupport.exe,

4. Double-click QuickSupport.exe to run it (no installation required),

5. Email the "ID" and "Password"  to support@printlimit.com.
